Organic architecture in Cluj
Opeion began as an individual architecture studio in 1997, but since then the list of collaborators has been growing steadily. So has the community of those who have honored us with their trust and who continue to live and work in buildings designed by us. Our most important partner is of course the client, whom we strive to get to know better so we can design them something that organically fits them and their environment, and which can provide them a space for spiritual growth.
The relationship with local and external communities of organic architects is of utmost importance for us, among which the Kós Károly Association from Hungary, with whom we are collaborating continuously. The participation in Imre Makovecz’s Transylvanian works – from drafting through design until construction – has been a determining experience for us.
